This inpatient facility expands access to specialty care with 48 private inpatient rooms, eight operating rooms and dedicated spaces for outpatient rehab and wellness. Our team contributed key trade work across the facility, including cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, thermal insulation, doors and hardware, toilet partitions and specialty ceiling and wall systems. We also installed acoustical plaster (BASWA), supporting both the aesthetic and acoustic goals of this state-of-the-art medical environment.

As the largest construction project in Holyoke at the time, the Baystate Behavioral Health Hospital campus was designed to expand access to critical mental health services across Western Massachusetts. The facility includes three buildings: a four-story, 95,000 sq ft inpatient center, a 23,000 sq ft continuing care unit and a 4,000 sq ft therapy gym—all designed to support healing and long-term recovery.

Our team was proud to support this essential healthcare project with a wide range of trade services. We provided cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry and sheathing, gypsum wall assemblies and full gypsum board installation. Our scope also included doors and hardware, as well as toilet partitions and accessories. Through precise, high-quality interior systems work, we helped build a safe, functional and welcoming environment for patients and providers alike.

Connecticut Children’s is redefining what pediatric care can look like with its new eight-story clinical tower, an expansion designed around innovation, wellness, and the patient-family experience. This state-of-the-art facility features private inpatient rooms, dedicated family support spaces, advanced fetal care services, and technology that enhances both comfort and care delivery.

Inside, thoughtful design elements support healing at every step, including a two-story custom tree installation in the lobby that brings warmth and imagination to the space. Working alongside DPR Construction, our team delivered core trade services that help bring this transformative, child-centered environment to life.

This multi-phase renovation transformed a former 2,500-student campus into a high-performance facility for three specialized academies. Our team’s work helped bring updated, functional learning environments to life across the school’s expansive footprint.

This expansion of UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management unifies the campus with a bold, modern design focused on flexibility, sustainability and student experience. Designed by BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) and Goody Clancy, the LEED Gold–Certified facility features flexible classrooms, a business analytics lab, student-facing support spaces and a striking copper-and-glass façade.

Our team delivered a comprehensive package of trade services for the Business Innovation Hub, including cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry and sheathing, thermal insulation, wall assemblies and acoustical insulation and plaster systems. We also fabricated and installed pilaster columns, structural truss systems and the distinctive copper composite panel exterior. From structure to finish, our work helped bring this high-performance academic space to life.

Connecticut Hall, part of UConn’s South Campus, is a modern residence hall designed to foster connection and community among students.  The seven-story, suite-style facility features collaborative study lounges, community gathering spaces, and convenient access to the new dining facility overlooking Mirror Lake. 

Home to the Upper Division Honors, Nursing Leaning, and Wellness Communities, the building combines comfort, performance, and sustainable design to enhance the student living experience at the University of Connecticut.

This three-story enclosed mall redefines the retail experience with a mix of high-end department stores, over 100 retailers and restaurants, and vibrant public spaces designed to foster community connection.

Our team played a key role in bringing this destination to life, delivering structural metal stud framing, rough carpentry with specialized wood treatment and sheathing, and full thermal and moisture protection systems, including both thermal and spray-applied insulation. We also installed doors and hardware, gypsum board finishes and custom column covers using our Origami method—a distinctive approach that brought architectural texture and visual interest to key interior areas. From structure to finish, our work helped shape this community-focused, design-forward retail hub.

Built to serve the growing needs of the Pioneer Valley community, the River Valley Co-op’s new Easthampton location transformed a former car dealership site into a vibrant, award-winning cooperative market. The design, led by Thomas Douglas Architects, emphasized functionality, sustainability and community experience—responding in real time to evolving public health considerations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our team supported the construction of this 2021 flagship store with full interior systems work, helping to create a welcoming, high-performance retail space that reflects the Co-op’s values and vision.

This growing biotechnology hub is set to bring more than 1,000 new jobs to the area, and we’re proud to have supported the construction of cutting-edge facilities that will serve the region for years to come.

The Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC) is a two-story facility designed to support growth in advanced manufacturing and STEM industries across Western Massachusetts. Built to foster collaboration and hands-on learning, the BIC includes R&D labs, training spaces and workforce development programs that connect students and manufacturers.

Our team provided a full scope of interior and envelope trade work for this high-performance facility. Services included cold-formed and non-structural metal framing, rough carpentry and sheathing, thermal and moisture protection systems—including insulation, joint firestopping, and sealants—as well as wall assemblies, gypsum board, and doors and hardware. Our work helped deliver a functional, flexible space that supports innovation and economic development across the region.
